Aside from jamming out to Madonna in the car on the road trip, my Mama and I had a blast. I kicked that road trips butt! 6 hours does not have anything on this driver! I slightly remember hating road trips as a little girl, but now I WANT MORE!!! Definitely going on my list of Must Do's!(Hawaii does not count! haha) As soon as we arrived back in Texas (from Arkansas to visit some family) we hit up the grocery store and decided to whip up some filet mignon w/caramelized onions & sauteed mushroom accompanied with a side of asparagus and sweet potatoes for dinner. Yummy!

It's been almost two years since I've seen my Mama and my Sis Cass & we now have a new addition to the family! Baby Audrey Marie. I am so excited to be an auntie. She is the smallest most adorable thing! Not even 2 weeks old. Surprisingly she is already capable of burping, hiccuping, tooting (stinky ones too!), & feeding almost every 2 hours. I commend all mommies out there! Taking care of newborns is crazy business. She had her first actual bath today in the baby tub! Only a little crying involved in the process. Took her on a little adventure, while we shopped and ate lunch at Noodle House where they call gyoza pot stickers! Baby Audrey was knocked out the whole time. So happy to be with my family. Love my mom, she thinks Black Eyed Peas sing about bumble bees..."Imma be, Imma be, Imma Imma Im a bee." Hahahaha.
